It was defective, front tire crooked causing it to rub against the brake disc making a loud sound making the scooter feel forced and braked. Request a return, return approved BUT They Never shipped the label to send it back. They wanted to avoid the return because “it is a big and heavy box and shipping may be difficult” They told me. Going back and forth with me saying it doesn’t look crooked… I’m the one ridding it so I know better!! Otherwise, it seems to be a good product. It's a shame I got the defective one.
