The colour (red) has faded a little, and there have been a few times during VERY sweaty sessions where the colour did run onto my tshirt a little, but it has never left a permanent stain. I would give 4 1/2 out of 5 for that reason (if Amazon allowed it).This belt is widely accepted in most UK powerlifting associations, but check with yours prior to buying just to be safe.
