(**updated**) *by C***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 12, 2019* I was skeptical when I ordered these, but, since I saw so many positive reviews, I took the chance and ordered them. First, I found the print quality to be quite smudgy. I was hoping that issue would clear itself after a few printings, but it did not. Then I hoped it would only be the case for one of the two cartridges, but both have produced smudge-filled prints.. The other and most aggravating issue it that I have never had problems with paper jams with my Samsung ML-2255ND printer before, but I did with both of these cartridges. And "problems" is an understatement: I have wasted a great deal of time and a great deal of paper over this issue. I was SO optimistic when I ordered, and I didn't return them because -- based on the excellent reviews -- I hoped that I just got one stinker cartridge. I received to my great dismay two stinker cartridges. I am a homeschooler who does a great deal of printing, and I wish I could get all of my time back clearing the jams. I am not getting any younger.**UPDATE** The company reached out to me and refunded me the full purchase price for what appears to have been defective cartridges. My experience initially was painful, but the customer service was very kind. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Just Didn't Work *by V***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 1, 2020* We received the product quickly, and it appeared to be exactly what we wanted, However, after trying one of the cartridges, oiur machine would not print at all. I put the old one back in, and it worked perfectly, just very light. I tried the 2nd cartridge and got nothing again. I put back in my old cartridge back in and no problems again. That was when my husband noticed that the interface contacts were different from what was on our old cartridge. We ended up returning both Jarbo cartridges. The order and return processes were both super simple, and the price was great. Its just that it would not work in our printer. We ended up getting a different brand that was a little more expensive, but it worked perfectly from the moment we put it in the machine. As I said the price was great, and the ordering and return processes were super simple, That was why I gave it a 3 instead of a 1. Perhaps, we will try you again in the future. We reallly wanted to use your product, but needed toner right away. Thanks for your courtesy and due diligence.
