I had the watch from January to about end of May when the one strap broke off. This was from just normal wear and tear. I only take the watch off when I take a shower so it is not coming off several times a day. I reached out to Viable Harvest's customer service team and they couldn't have been more helpful. They said that, that should not have happened and apologized for this defect. Then they sent me a whole new watch and I sent back the broken one with a prepaid label on it. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service and I understand that some items do indeed have defects and not every single one is perfect. Stitching looks great too. Fits my big wrist.Glasses don't fit my head. I wear a size 7 5/8 fitted hats if that helps. They stay on but I'm scared they'll break due to over exerting the hinges outward. On top of that they were a bit flimsy out the box. I've bought cheaper glasses that were stronger. It's not all bad though, the wood looks amazing, very smooth, and lightweight.Update: 09/02/18So the glasses broke about 6 weeks ago. So that’s about 1 month after arrival.
