    Meh....not the best but not the worst.

    I have been waist training for a year and a half,  tried several reputable (high end) and low end products. I purchased AMIA after reading several reviews but personally I do not feel comfortable wearing.  Not sure if it is too big but adjusting strap tends to lose its place and overall shape while wearing is not the desired hourglass. The clasps seem weak. I have a medium to long torso and when wearing this, I tend to have too adjust often because as I pull it down, the top half of my stomach is exposed or my lower half is exposed.

    This thing is UNBELIEVABLE!!  It takes at least 3 inches off my waist easily and really smooths out my back fat.  I own a similar product by a very well known undergarment maker and it doesn't hold a candle to what this thing does.  I ordered another one in black yesterday.  Lol!

    This is my 3rd purchase of waist cincher. 2 were from Amazon. It helps distributing the fat, minimizing the bulges from my midriff and give a me a really nice posture. The material helps to retain body heat for that reason, I sweat a lot after brief walk. I started wearing medium size right after post partum and now I am wearing size small on 2nd hook. I am determined to move to extra small by Christmas. I would recommend this product any time.
