Comes with detailed growing instructions including a color photo of a seedling for easy germination identification. - Cucuzzi are utilized in the kitchen much like summer squash and are best harvested at a length of 8 - 10 inches and enjoyed baked, grilled, raw, frozen or pickled. We planted 6 along a cattle panel archway (total of 8 Ft long). The vines covered it totally in no time flat produced wonderful produce and we introduced quite a few people to them.
