It took pliers to get it to turn, and then the turning knob screwed off. UPDATED Review: The watchband is perfect and just what I needed to replace my old band. I had a problem with the link removal tool which is necessary to properly size the watchband. It would be good if the seller either provided better quality control over the link removal tool insuring it actually works or provide a better quality tool that is less likely to have a problem. I would purchase this watchband again The seller reached out to me and is willing to make things right which I appreciate. I already purchased an excellent link removal tool that let me properly size their watchband. And I'm now pleased with the watchband sized correctly for my wrist. I would purchase this one again if I needed another watchband. I also recommend this particular watchband as replacement knowing you can count on the seller to promptly offer assistance if it is needed.
