Add about 3 Tblspn of Unsweetened Coco Powder - mix in the powder SLOWLY or you'll have Coco powder all over you and your counter. When all the powder is incorporated, taste it to see if you want to add a packet or 2 of Equal. I prefer 2. Then just a tiny pinch if salt. And then......WHIP IT GOOD!!!! When it looks good, pour it back into the cool whip container and freeze it. There are SO MANY variables with this! Pour it into to cup cake tins. Add popsicle sticks and you've got Lil mini fudgecicles! Freeze it in ice cube trays to cool down hot Coco. I promise.
