Not for operating through but good for charging.
You'll need to use Bluetooth to play through the system but does allow me to charge my phone while on the move. Appears well made and hasn't caused any problems. Would be nice if one could play through it as well.

Cuts out now and then which is frustrating. Should of gone for a longer lead as it isnt quiet comfortable sitting in phone pocket within the dash (2010 A5)Update 15/02 - Now completely failed and does not register. Would like refund.

Not a charging cable
BE WARNED. Not what I was expecting. It is just to play music through. It does not charge the phone at the same time.
