It is very cleverly designed in that it can be used over a door for Pull Downs with elastic tubing, or under the door for Pull Ups or at the hinge side of a door for a height several feet off the floor. It is portable as the tubing you would use with it and can be used a home without defacing walls or doors, and could be use in a hotel or dormitory as well so that you don't miss your exercise schedule.
