We blew up the "Happy Birthday" balloons letter by letter with a straw which was included - hung them with a string and it worked out great. We took the big 60 balloon and the stars and filled them up with helium at our local party city so they would float. It's a lot of work but I was super thankful nothing was damaged during shipping.We used the pom poms (takes a while to make) and made a "flower" wall in the event room we reserved. We stuck tape to the back of them and hung them up that way.
