I got this product for my dad for his snoring and breathing issues. He was initially hesitant about using it but now he has been using it and these dialators have helped him with his sleeping issues. So its effective and useful product.

The products not only helps with snoring issues but with the pollution, it helps to avoid those masks which pull the ears off especially when driving bike with helmet. Yes a little discomfort in the beginning but quite easy to set and pull back out, thus manageable.

Absolutely overpriced and the product is of no use... Infact it is easy to breathe without it rather than wearing it... And it also comes out of nose while sleeping in night... Please don't buy it..!
