I live in AZ, hike 4-6 days per week…until summer gets too hot. when I resume hiking in autumn, the peroneal tendons in both my feet kill me. (the left ankle was damaged in a car accident, I think the right one flares when it compensates.) I watch a video reminding me how to KT tape the area, and viola! problem solved. **Q: Is this tape hypoallergenic? I see it is latex free which is good but what about the adhesive?** A: I don’t have sensitive skin usually but I also had a reaction to the adhesive. Red rash with severe itching and red bumps after 2-3 days. Bad enough that I cannot keep using it.
