It stands to it. If you’re hear for having something sweet without spiking your blood sugar. This is a perfect thing. Also if you still find jaggery sugar a better alternative go for it but it’s really not that different from your regular sugar. It’s just a little bit more nutritious by 20% or so. It will still spike your blood sugar. CAUTION!
