The frozen OJ in the supermarket (what I grew up on) I've never liked. I'd argue it's not even really made from oranges. Then you can get the "fresh" stuff in the jugs but that costs a ton. Then my girlfriend came across this looking around Amazon. We decided to try it. It came in a couple of days with Amazon Prime. We had the oranges ready. And voila. Seriously. In less than a minute, fresh squeezed OJ the old fashioned way. Easy to squeeze. Easy to clean. Works out of the box -- no assembly needed. I found out I am a juice guy after all -- just a Mediterranean Ways juice guy.Also made some chicken piccata last night for dinner -- that's the one with the lemon juice. Same story different fruit.Totally pleased with the product. Love that it does oranges too. Personally I think it's overpriced. If you are looking for something to make orange juice like I was, this probably isn't what you want. This type of squeezer in general doesn't get enough of the juice out to be worth the effort and squeezing harder to try and get the most juice possible out just ends up making a mess. The initial juice flows out of the holes as it should but as the orange collapses eventually it plugs the holes and juice starts to spray out of anywhere it can find a way out.
