For "home" use, or even "SOHO" (small office/home office) applications, I've found their products to be reliable and more than adequate for most of my customers. This particular unit offers everything needed for installation, including a mounting kit, as well as a POE ("power over ethernet") adapter, to allow for installing the unit in an area without A/C power. The user-friendly interface makes configuring the unit a breeze, and once configured, it allows for expanding an existing (or creating a NEW) wifi network. Its "dual band" functionality makes providing wifi access to older (2.4 Ghz) as well as newer (5 Ghz) devices, a simple task! Unit can be either "ceiling mounted", "wall-mounted", or simply lying flat on a tabletop or bookshelf, and it works great in either configuration.
