Good flavor, not smaller than advertised as some mentioned - it's just vacuum sealed. We always make with sauteed onions and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. I eat all parts of the steak 🥩 if you are anti fat in meat, maybe don't eat beef. The fat helps with the moisture of the meat gives a nice finish crisp on the outside.

Have gotten into grass-fed beef. This filled the bill! Have tried others' brands (and gotten sick. Have to use care when going rare with some brands) and this was among the ones I trust

The flavor was good but there seemed to be as much fat as meat, and this was a negative. In fact, I've purchased this brand of ribeye before and they were perfectly marbled. I don't know what happened with these steaks this time. Although the flavor and tenderness were very good, there was just way too much fat for a premium cut steak.

This steak was just okay, thin, fatty. Not a lot of flavor, but it was fresh.

plan accordingly. its good stuff, but its a june friday and not available. how can this be? frustrating. Fresh is 1/2 a grocery store in a very competitive chicagoland market.

I’m looking for a meat. I recommend this meat. My husband loves it.

I am usually skeptical about ordering meat online, but this product did not disappoint! They were flavorful and delicious!
