It is a very nice looking pan and works great! I cooked some scrambled eggs in it to test for non-stick. It preformed great. As good as my 5 ply Misen 12". The edges are sealed so definitely dishwasher safe. As a 3-ply pan it warms up very fast compared to a 5-ply pan. I actually over heated it warming it to cook the eggs. It turned a beautiful golden color lol. I left it off the heat waited 2 minutes and added the high heat cooking oil and a half a tablespoon of butter and the eggs cooked perfectly and no stik. I hand washed it and it was as easy as any non-stick to clean. I used Bar keepers friend to clean it and bring it back to new looking. All in all a great pan to cook eggs in at a very reasonable price. Review: Definitely recommend - This is a must buy for home cooks. I initially didn’t like stainless steel pans at all because the food sticks. However, after I learned the proper technique, I now prefer to use this stainless steel pan for any searing job and also for scrambled eggs. See that attached video where I easily seared scallops without getting them stuck, and I got perfect searing results. Also, the pan is easy to clean with the regular dishwasher soap. I use a plastic brush. I also put it in the dishwasher sometimes but it could leave some residue. If there is residue then it can be easily cleaned with a little bit of vinegar and baking soda. The pan feels sturdy and well built. Or does it have a slight "dome" on the inside and corresponding concavity on the outside bottom?.** A: The fry pan has a dome of 1.5-2CM in the pan and a concavity of about 1-1.5CM on the bottom of the pan. Very gradual curve on each surface increasing at the outer rim. When hot the pan does not seem to have a pooling problem. **Q: Is it suitable for induction cooktops??** A: I haven't tried it, but if metal is allowed in an induction oven......then I don't see why not.
