Open the kit in your kitchen (without direct sunlights) and make a cross cut, water the box with the included spray once or twice a day. Taste your Oyster Mushrooms in risotto, tacos, soups, you have the choice. They grow in just 10 days . Get beautiful crops of mushrooms. A fantastic taste, a unique texture thanks to the freshness of growing them right on your kitchen counter. Each kit (one kit can grow up to three crops) can give you up to 1.3 lb of fresh oyster mushrooms In your home it will be perfect, the mushrooms grow well in temperatures ranging from 50° to 80°. If you want to keep it for a while before opening just keep it at room temperature up to 3 months. Place your kit in a bright room avoiding direct contact with sunlights. On your kitchen counter would be perfect. No need to have a green thumb to grow your mushrooms at home Easy, fun and healthy. Elicoidali Pasta & Crispy Oyster Mushrooms Ingredients 10 oz Elicoidali Pasta, ½ lb Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, 6 oz Oyster Mushrooms, 4 oz Arugula, 3 cloves Garlic, 1 English Cucumber, 1 Lemon , 1 large bunch Parsley , 2 Tbsps Butter, 2 Tbsps Tomato Paste, 1 Shallot, ½ tsp Dried Oregano Instructions: Heat a large pot of salted water to boiling on high. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Peel and thinly slice the shallot. Peel the cucumber, leaving alternating strips of skin intact.In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the mushrooms and cook, without stirring, 2 to 3 minutes.Add the shallot and remaining garlic to the pan. Cook on medium-high, stirring constantly and scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.While the sauce cooks, add the pasta to pot of boiling water. Cook 9 to 10 minutes.Add the cooked pasta, butter , and half the reserved cooking water to the pan of sauce . Cook on medium-high, stirring vigorously, 2 to 3 minutes Oyster Mushroom Maki Rolls For garnish : 2 cups cooked sushi rice, 4 nori sheets, more if needed, black and white sesame seeds For the mushrooms : 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1 garlic clove, finely chopped, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 1/2 tbsp tamari, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 200 gr oyster mushrooms, roughly chopped, For the filling : 1 carrot, julienned, 50 gr of purple cabbage, julienned, 3-4 pieces of tenderstem broccolini (optional), 1 large avocado, thinly sliced Instructions For the mushrooms, combine the sesame oil, garlic, mirin, tamari and maple syrup in a bowl and add the chopped mushrooms. Let marinate for 5 minutes, then cook on a medium heat until soft and caramelised, 5-7 minutes For the rolls, place a nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Cover the nori with rice, using wet hands Arrange the vegetables and mushrooms in a line near the bottom of the sheet and roll up tightly, wetting the empty nori at the top so that it sticks together. Cut the rolls into pieces and sprinkle sesame seeds over Roasted Pink Oyster Petal Stir Fry 3 pink oyster mushroom clusters, pulled apart and separated into individual “petals”, 2 T oil, 1/2 t granulated garlic, ¼ t red chili flakes, pinch of coarse sea salt, pinch of pepper Instructions: For the mushrooms : Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F, Toss all mushroom ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl, Spread seasoned mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet, Roast for 30 minutes or until crisp For the rice : Rinse rice in a strainer. We followed the instructions (the instructions are in french so you need to go to their website to find the english instructions) but even their english instructions are really confusing. After talk with a french friend we were able to understand what do but nothing happen, we just got a mold box. I tried to contact the vendor asking for information or support and they never replied. Don't waste your money.

I bought 2 kits from Blue Farmers and overall great experience, well packages, delivered quickly, grown well and tastes great. Slight taste of chestnuts with the yellow mushrooms which is a nice change! Highly recommend !

We followed the instructions (the instructions are in french so you need to go to their website to find the english instructions) but even their english instructions are really confusing. After talk with a french friend we were able to understand what do but nothing happen, we just got a mold box. I tried to contact the vendor asking for information or support and they never replied. Don't waste your money.

Parcel arrived on time for Christmas, visited web site for instructions all the packaging was in French, unfortunatly not one mushroom grew. Chucked away as it started to smell. would not recomend. Very dissapointed as this was a gift for my father in law.
