They are very high quality, including strong clamps, carabiners and stitching. Although I am the first to review this product as a stand-alone sale, as of 9/20/19 there were at least 15 reviews for this identical product when sold as part of a larger set. The reviews for the set were very good, which is why I bought these. The quality seems to be good. I didn't know if I would like this kind of training, but it has become my favorite strength workout. I just ordered a deck of exercise cards to supplement the 12 basic exercise instruction booklet that came with it. I actually look forward to the workout.All my doors open the wrong way so I purchased a wall mount and managed to find a good place - mounting the wall mount on the door frame directly to a stud. I have found I get more variation if I open the door so that worked well anyway. Secure mounting is a MUST. You need to have confidence that the mounting point will hold - you are at a vulnerable angle if you fall.I look forward to traveling with these, and am pleased with the purchase. I think the name brand TRX system is great, and I almost purchased it. but I couldn't overcome the sticker price for something I didn't know I would like.
