House Foods Cream Stew, 4.93 Ounce (Pack of 10)

This is sooooo yummy! I didn’t have chicken so I cooked it with pork, substituted the water with beef broth and the milk with heavy whipping cream. It was heavenly! I ate 2 bowls in one sitting. It’s very easy to make and it tastes like soup from a fancy restaurant. Will definitely cook this again soon and add more veggies :)

House is one of the top name bland in Japan and is well known for their "curry" and "cream steaw." When I found this product at Amazon for such great price, I was pleasantly surprised. I highly, highly, recommend this product. Taste is a little different from American cream pot pie - in a good way. It tastes creamier and richer.

I used to live in Japan and have tried quite a few brands of cream stew. This one in particular is my favorite and think it has the best flavor. The nice thing about this particular one as well is that the instructions are in English and they are straight forward. Highly recommended!

I use this to make vegetable stew, or turn it into a white sauce for noodles or angel hair pasta, or use it to stir fry some chicken / seafood, and vegetables, then lunch or dinner or a simple night snack is ready. This sauce is a bit on the sweet side, if you like it on the savory side, add a bit cheese and a sprinkle of salt to suit your taste. This is so versatile. I love it!

My kids love this cream stew but because of Corona I couldn't purchase these from the other online store any more ( the online store was closed). It was great deal and actually newer. have enough time till expiration date. Thank you!
