I bought another type of weight vest in the past and that had sand bags in pockets, and you could remove bags to adjust weights, and a heap of other weird things you had to do - but all that was forgotten when I got this vest.It fits like a dream, has adjustable straps depending on your body frame and it just feels so comfortable and easy to wear - not like the weird sand bags or metal plate versions which are around.It's still heavy but it doesn't feel like you're carrying something it feels more like the weight is ....part of your body, rather than on your body or strapped to your body when you're using it.For me personally this is exactly what I've been looking for for so long, I'm glad someone finally designed it and made it available to everyone, not just professional athletes.I think the recommendation is to use a vest which is around 10% of your bodyweight, but I bought one slightly more than that and it still feels comfortable to wear and easy to manoeuvre. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use, fits like a glove. It always fits very well and the straps to adjust both the lower and upper part of the vest, allow you to make it as snug as you like. Perfect for walking, running, lunges. Top product. Very happy with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Product *by E***N on 30 July 2023* I had some problems ordering this vest as I kept receiving the 8kg version instead of the 10kg vest and having to send it back for a refund and then re-order, but the seller was very helpful and refunded me for my troubles.The vest itself arrived quickly, appears to be good quality, looks great and is much more comfortable to wear than any other weight vest I have tried. It has a slightly spongy, neoprene-type feel to it and is smooth and flat so nothing digs in during use. It is a little big even when adjusted to its smallest - for reference I'm a 5'6", 9st (57kg), flat chested female with a fairly athletic build - but, unless you're planning to run with it on, it's not much of an issue.
