She hates having her hair brushed because she likes to wear it down and it gets very tangled, so brushing it hurts, even with a tangle tamer brush. We bought this spray just because it was cheap, so if it didn't work it hadn't cost us too much, and it's really good! As it's a leave in conditioner my other concern was that it would make her hair greasy or sticky, but it doesn't. The brush glides through and looks really smooth.
