Best mop I have owned - needs just a few tweaks to make it perfect.
I researched quite extensively before I purchased this mop and bucket assembly. I run a professional cattery and I have back issues - I have a lot of cleaning and mopping to do everyday - so I have tried all of the mops out there - trying to find one that was not too hard on my back and shoulders. I am 70 years old - so if I want to keep my cattery clean and smelling nice I have to work at it everyday. This mop is well made and quite sturdy. The spinner action is a great invention and works well. The bucket is a little heavy for me to lift and empty - and I wish there was a spigot on the bottom or side of it so I could lift it onto the toilet and rest it on the toilet while it emptied. Having to hold it up and pour the contents into the toilet or utility sink is hard for me - just like a regular bucket is. I am a little unhappy with the open and shut device on the mop handle. It is difficult to turn and there is no well marked arrow for turning it to open or closed. If you close it the mop becomes solid and will not spin. If you open it too far the mop separates into two unscrewed pieces. The printed label on the handle is too small a print to be able to read it without glasses and bending over. I am quite tall - so I would have liked a few more inches on the mop handle. The handle on the bucket doesn't extend far enough for anyone over 5;7" - and if you let go of it it snaps right back into position on the bucket. You have to bend over to get a hold of it again and stay bent over to move it around. It would have been a better design if one could lock it into the open position and extend the length when in use. Other commercial buckets have a handle on them where you can push the bucket around easily when you are working. This bucket has only 2 wheels and in order to move it about you must pick up one side of it and drag it behind you. That is a bit awkward. I know this sounds a bit negative - but truthfully this is the best mop I have ever owned because it an be rinsed thoroughly and spun almost dry with very little effort. When you have as much mopping as I have - this is a terrific innovation. I would recommend it - because nothing in life is absolutely perfect. If the manufacturer should resolve these minor issues - I would buy one of the improved models and keep this one for the laundry room and hallways. .

Excellent Mop & Customer Service!
I've had other spin-mop systems but they were all super flimsy, either the mop was light-weight or the bucket didn't hold up to frequent use. I did like having a mop/bucket system, so when I saw metal drum on the Sir-Mops-a-Lot and bucket I was anxious to try it. I received my Sir-Mops-a-Lot system and was eager to try it out. Compared to the other system previously used the Sir-Mops-a-Lot bucket was perfectly weighted and spun the mop to the desired dampness. There wasn't any "walking" of the mopping bucket as I spun the mop. After I finished mopping and released the mop head the mop handle broke. Unable to locate a replacement mop, I emailed Customer Service and received a rapid response asking that I verify my address. To my surprise they sent me a complete new system!! I definitely rate the Sir-Mops-a-Lot an A+ as well as their Customer Service!

Fantastic Mop! Would buy again!!
I love this mop and bucket! The bucket is very strong and sturdy, unlike other flimsy spin mop designs. The microfiber mop head works GREAT at cleaning. I love this entire set and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.Other reviewers stated that they could not lift and carry the bucket from room to room - I'm not sure why, because I was able to easily carry mine up and down the stairs from room to room with no problem. There are only three downsides to this set, but they in NO WAY would prevent me from buying this set or recommending it to someone else:(1) You have to loosen and tighten the handle by twisting in between spinning the mop in the bucket and actually using the mop to clean. It's annoying, and I wish they had some sort of lock/click/button that would lock the mop into place.(2) No matter how careful you are, you are going to splash water all over the floor when you spin the mop dry in the spinner.(3) After washing the mop head in the washing machine, the fibers come apart a little and stick to each other. This did not affect the performance of the mop on subsequent uses, but it does make the mop appear to look worn and "ugly."Overall, this mop is 100% worth the price and I am very satisfied.

Very good quality bucket and mop head
I like this bucket better than the spin mop I had before. It it's constructed from a very firm plastic that doesn't "vend" when you lift it from the holder. The mop head its also very think and it is a good size I have a 15 months old baby learning to walk and it doesn't take me to long to mop my tile floors (about 900 sqtf) every single day. This mop does the job. The only dows side it's the quality of the integrated "pump". To me it's just a waste of space because it does work very good, it doesn't dispense the soap neither mopping disinfectant!!!! Another thing I don't like it's the stick you have to twist and untwis it in order to work without swirling while mopping. Four stars because of the useless soap dispenser and twisting mop stick other ways I'll give it five⭐️

No discount review a honest house wife that needed a great mopping system.
I have had my Sir-Mops-a-Lot Spin Mop for two days. So far I am liking how well it works. The mop is a bit strange at first but I have gotten used to it. I did not get a discount for this review. I paid full price for those looking to buy this I would say yes. The bucket seems to be sturdy mop heads are great. My house has real hard wood floors throughout my house. I needed a mop that would not leave streaks and not over wet them this one does the job. When your done rinse mop dries without stinking the next day as many other mops I have owned. I give 5 stars now but we shall see in a month. Also the company sends you a e-mail helping you use the mop and bucket with no stress. Rebecca Danko Harrison Tennessee.
