**Q: Is is made with old detergent bottles too? This thing REEEKS of insence or something, cant get the smell out**
A: My grandson received the recycle truck for Christmas 2020. Reeks is an understatement! I have allergies to fragrances & I can't go near the truck, because it bothers me so much. Definitely smells like laundry detergent. He has other Green Toys that are great, but not this truck. He loves it, but I don't like him playing with it. If this can smell like detergent, it makes me wonder what else is in these toys. And, if they clean the materials they are recycling. Not happy about this & have lost trust in the company.

**Q: Do the six slots on the outside feed into six different bins on the inside, or is the inside one big compartment?**
A: The inside is one big compartment so all of the slots feed into one open space. The back door can be opened and the contents dumped out.

**Q: What is this truck return policy?**
A: Simple; NO RETURNS period.

**Q: I can imagine the cardboard cutouts to get lost very quickly in our home. Is there a way to order refills of just the cardboard cutouts?**
A: Oh sorry, I misunderstood the question....I don't think that the company Green Toys has any refills to replace those. However, You could always make copies of them. Seems like that would be the easiest solution. Hope that helps.

This recycling truck is extremely robust and super well made. It can definitely take the typical rough play of toddlers. I have given Green Toy products to friends because I love that they’re made of recycled milk jugs, plus the products are well designed and doesn’t look like your typical cheap/tacky looking toys. It may not be the cheapest toy on the market but it definitely offers excellent value. This truck is really built to last and will accompany little ones with their imaginative play for many years to come.

These Green Toys are absolutely the best, hands down! What's not to love? The minute you recieve one you relize the substantial and durable quality of them. They are easy to clean and I literally can not fathom any saftey hazards whatsoever with these toys (other than if the are used as a projectile, but that is the case with most toys that are not fabric, so obviously if there is a baby in the bunch with some older toddlers or so, you should still have your eyes on the kids). I love that they are all dishwasher safe for sterilizing. We have decided to keep all the Green Toys in a toy box in our main livingroom for 2 reasons. When we have company with children or playmates visiting, they can all just dive into these toys and we don't have the aggravation of my grandson's other toys being dragged out with multiple pieces, and those are not all small child safe, and we can not just throw them in the dishwasher afterwards as we can these. These are literally worry free toys when children are visiting (other than the aforementioned throwing, or maybe banging over the head, so yes you still must parent as we should be anyway). Second, after dinner, when there is just a small window of time for bath and playtime before bed, these are hassle free and the only toys we let him drag out because they are simple and easy pickup. BONUS, they are MADE IN THE USA, and of completely recycled materials. I have not seen that many quality toys like these other than ones made in the 1940's or so, where good craftsmanship (as these are) mattered, even in a toy. We have at least 2 dozen of these toys and they have become an awesome gift item especially when they go on sale, which is often. They are literally the PERFECT toys!
