It's more of a creamy matte though rather than a perfect dry matte. I got the shade "siren" which is a nice deep maroon shade with slight purplish undertones(not so visible). However, the lipstick design sucks! Like the twist mechanism is not at all sturdy. It just doesn't stay. So you might have a difficult time applying it.
