I don't get the rough, scratchy feel of some lower-quality options. It also disperses heat very well. 2. The midsole is firm, but not overly hard. I find it well-balanced, as it has good shock absorption while still being soft enough to cushion the soles of my feet. 3. They're versatile. For me, especially the black ones with the dark gray sole, they work for casual wear, going to the gym, walking, and short, light runs. 4.
