I recommended it to my friends.. so, I thought the conditioner sounded wonderful and bought it from amazon. I was expecting it to work with the shampoo, but it didn't!When I tried to give this product 2 stars, I was told by Amazon that I must contact the company first to resolve any issues. I was surprised because I did not expect a refund, just wanted to warn others it wasn't a top product. I followed Amazon's instructions and used their form to contact the company. The company answered that I would have to go through some review type process to lodge a complaint. I was surprised but followed the form they provided. Again I did not ask for a refund, just told them the stuff stuck in my hair or something like that. They, gave me another answer that assumed I wanted a refund and saying I must package the stuff up and mail it to them. Then, they would issue a refund, deducting $6.95(?) shipping. I would pay the return postage.All very odd since I never asked for a refund but was only following the difficult process required by Amazon, it seems, to vote any product 1 or 2 stars. If you don't want a hassle, you must vote at least 3 stars.So, I gave it 3 stars to simplify the process. I couldn't rinse the conditioner out of my hair.
