My stylist said the hair was soft when braiding. For the ends, you must braid them all the way down if you’re doing an individual or box braid style, my stylist dipped them in hot water and it didn’t seal however once I got home and the hair was dry I flat ironed the ends and they were fine. I also trimmed the ends bc I like neat braids.
