Review: great neck and shoulder massager! - Provides a strong, kneading neck and upper shoulder massage. As good as any excellent massage therapist. Alleviates all the stress knots. The heat feature is wonderful and feels very soothing. Features work well and as described. Note that the device is slightly heavy and cumbersome and is more difficult to use with a higher back chair - best used when sitting in a chair with a lower back that does not reach the massage arms of the device. Also, you can't use your arms/hands while using the neck massager as arms must go thru loops with forearm resting on the straps and exerting a downward pressure to keep the massager firmly pressed into your neck and upper shoulders. Notwithstanding this, it provides a great massage and I really like it. I will definitely use it regularly!

Provides a strong, kneading neck and upper shoulder massage. As good as any excellent massage therapist. Alleviates all the stress knots. The heat feature is wonderful and feels very soothing. Features work well and as described. Note that the device is slightly heavy and cumbersome and is more difficult to use with a higher back chair - best used when sitting in a chair with a lower back that does not reach the massage arms of the device. Also, you can't use your arms/hands while using the neck massager as arms must go thru loops with forearm resting on the straps and exerting a downward pressure to keep the massager firmly pressed into your neck and upper shoulders. Game changer product that really helps after long stressful work days! The intensity of kneading can be adjusted. Which is really nice to be able to control and include heat with it. I’ve been using it on a medium shiatsu mode with heat. It has provided a lot of pain relief in my shoulder knots. The control to change the modes is easy to access on the front left strap. My husband as well really loves this product after a long day working at the desk!
