I believe both have vitamin A, good for eyes. I have severe dry eye and pay a lot of attention to night products. I rate hycosan as first and hylo second. I have consulted on both with docs and was told both are good and to use what feels best to me. **Q: Is this the same as hylo night previously named vita pos a?** A: VitA-POS, Hylo Night, and Hycosan Night all appear to be the same product in different packaging. SCOPE partnered with Ursapharm in May 2021 (see press release on Ursapharm website). AFT, which originally made VitA-POS, appears to have given international rights to sell VitA-POS to Ursapharm under the name Hycosan Night as VitA-POS only appears under this name in Australia and New Zealand through AFT Pharmaceuticals. Keep your eyes open. Pull down your lower eye lid. Squeeze out about a quarter inch of product into the lower lid area. Close your eye. Repeat second eye. Open and close eyes a close and open eyes a couple of times to spread it around in the eyes.
