She is so happy and loves it. Came on time. I purchased a 4t but she is a 3t. I would say it is true to size because this fits slightly long, but I wanted it long. The headband and wings complete the look. With some black or blue tights and black shoes she'll be good to go! The costume was kind of big but she had on a long sleeve shirt and leggings under it so it worked. I washed and dried it twice and it still looks good and fits well. It does come with wings which are not shown in this picture. It doesn’t come with the gloves. The only issue I'd say is she felt the wings to be rather flimsy so she decided to take them off but they stayed on fine maybe just pin them for extra security since they're velcro.
