I have ordered wireless earbuds like this before and I always ran into an issue with only one of them working for calls. Meaning only one would play call audio, only had a mic in one earbud, or the steps to use just one earbud at a time was complicated and didn't consistently work. This was an easy process and I can switch between either piece effortlessly. The only con is that the case is cheap so the lid has already broken off. It's not the end of the world I just take extra caution on where I store it in my purse so that the charging ports don't get dirty or damaged.*** UPDATE!!!I was surprised to see an email come through from the company that they're randomly sending me a new case free of charge! That was completely unexpected and not really necessary since the headphones themselves work great. But this is really appreciated and AMAZING customer service. For that alone I feel like 5 stars is earned. At least if you have problems with your order you know that the company will hear your concerns and help to try and resolve it.Thank you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2nd set of earbuds from this company *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2018* This is the 2nd pair of head phone I bought from this company. The last set was so good my wife took it to use during her commute.The microphone on this is much better than my old Sony Bluetooth headphone. It works!The sound quality is not as good as a set of Bose hand phones, but pretty descent for the price. I like the fact that there is not cord or hood, just comfortably fit into my ears, so I can wear it while work out or even sleeping. With that said, I think you can use only one earbud at a time, the headset will automatically pair with your phone as stereo headphone when both are powered on, but still functional with either one of them is on.When watching videos on my phone, audio and video are in sync, I don't feel any delay in the audio stream.The battery life is okay consider the size of these earbuds. They normally last about 3hrs. The charging case is nicely designed, charging earbuds is easy enough, and clear indicator of battery level so I know when it is fully charged. It also servers as a great place to store the earbuds when I don't use them. Yet small enough to fit into my pocket.Overall it is a great set of earbuds for the price. Also, one ear is clear, the other's sounds fades in and out. Also, if I am listening to music then get a call when I answer the call they can't hear me. Not impressed, made the mistake of not keeping my packaging or I would be returning. Very disappointed. But, when the music is on and there is nothing in the way of my phone, the sound is great.
