Review: Very sharp and lovely! - Very nice beginner knives! These are going to be perfect for culinary school. I like the handles on them, they're quite comfortable to hold. Blades are extremely sharp. I was going to test them later today but did an accidental test on my thumb unpacking the knives. Completely my fault. But barely touching the blade left a clean slice on the top of my thumb. Just be very careful, its like cutting through soft butter with these!

Very nice beginner knives! These are going to be perfect for culinary school. I like the handles on them, they're quite comfortable to hold. Blades are extremely sharp.
