It is on a BUNN airport double brewer. The need was to clean up the taste of city water and to prevent scale buildup in the boiler. The taste of the water coming out of the filter was very good. A direct comparison of city water and filtered water showed a big difference. As far as the long term scale buildup control, only time will tell. I will check the boiler after 6 months to see if it is staying clean. The quality of the unit appears very good and installation was simple. Item is leaking badly and I am contacting Everpure support for help.Meanwhile I have a bucket in place.Talked with Tech Support at Everpure (Pentair) -- suggestion is to reseat o-ring and use food grade lubricant such as Dow Corning 111 or Molycote 111. Wish they included the o-ring lubricant with the unit.
