There are weird popup screens showing ads that make me wait 15 seconds every time I use an app. My instagram has been hacked and I think something in this phone is why. Worst phone I have ever bought, complete waste of money buy something else. Review: Didn't work - I read many reviews not just on desertcart but YouTube as well. The phone had mostly great reviews. Unfortunately it didn't work for me, I even took it to my Verizon store and they couldn't make it work either. I gave it to my daughter thinking that it was just Verizon. It didn't work for her either and she is with a different network. Neither of us could send or receive calls or messages. I unfortunately had to send it back.
