Nice material, comfortable enough and seems to fit the purpose. I find it does help to increase heat around my middle and supports me well in the gym, but unfortunately in my opinion, I am just not devoted enough to get the benefit from using it. For someone that goes to the gym regularly, has the correct gym gear and puts their all into each session, then if you do have the motivation and commitment to use it all the time, I recon it would help.
