Review: Easy to fill, don't leak, good range of sizes - The caps are wide, making them easy to fill with ice cubes. They seal well, so no leakage when the ice melts. They can be used directly on the skin without causing any problems. I used all three sizes after a hip replacement, in accordance with medical advice, and recommend them for pain and swelling relief post op. I have only used these as ice packs, so can't say how they perform with hot liquids.

**Q: Are the ice packs themselves washable? If so hand wash or machine wash?**
A: I would suggest hand wash but I have not washed mine yet but they seem very robust

**Q: can you use these with hot water?**
A: it says in the instructions that they're not for use with hot water

**Q: Does refreezing the bag with melted water inside damage to ice bag?**
A: No,,as long as it's not overfilled with water in the first instance,,,as water expands when it transformes to ice. I do it but only qaurter fill the bag then lightly smash it up.
