I've had " gut issues" for years and I started these several years ago. Just like magic, all problems ceased!!! It says to take 1 or 2 tablets daily, I take 2 am and pm. I had to get off them when I had my bone marrow transplant and couldn't start them again until several months post transplant per Dr's orders. Boy was I HAPPY when I started them again! Just like before, all my problems went away! I've tried several brands, but this one is the BEST!! MY advice is to find the company with the cheapest price.
