Battery terminal grease is a special grease which is compatible with plastics and is formulated for the maintenance and care of motor vehicle electronic systems, particularly the battery terminals and electrical connectors.

Review: Excellent Product and sufficient quantity for 2 batteries. - I used a single pouch for 2 cars. The quantity is sufficient to protect 2 batteries and a must have. The battery terminals tend to accumulate the white powder due to sulfation. I am hoping this grease lasts long. I shall update my review after an year (I put this on the battery terminals on 31st Oct 2020). However in my assessment, it should last for a long time, unless the garage guys wipe or wash it off.

To clean oxidation pour very hot water mixed with baking soda on the terminals. Take care that this mixture doesn't mix with the acid in the battery.

**Q: How does one use this product? Just apply it with fingers to the battery terminals?**
A: Yes but use small brush. You can also disconnect the terminals, apply the grease to posts and reconnect. If you are doing so, make sure to disconnect negative connection first and positive next. When reconnecting, connect positive first and negative last.

**Q: Can i use this grease in disk brakes caliper. For lubrication of the caliper shaft?**
A: I never used.

**Q: Is it better than petroleum jelly?**
A: Yes, much better

**Q: Is it silicone compatible? Safe for use on silicone surfaces?**
A: Its meant for battery terminals. Not certain about silicone surfaces.
