The protein content is 6 grams which puts it lower than some others out there where they add protein to it. I couldn't really taste the vanilla and neither could my sister, maybe ours went bad since we had mistakenly put it in the freezer for a day. It is still edible though. The taste is strikingly similar to sour cream in my opinion. It's okay. The probiotics are a nice boost. Not sure we'll buy again though since I was expecting a different texture, but again 😭 I put it in the wrong place and that may have contributed to why it ended up the way it did.
