Having a nut with washer could've solved this issue ( just like how we fix wall mixtures we have a female thread right. Hope this will be considered in their future projects

Quality looks good even after few months of usage, the whole problem is with the way it can be fixed. One should rotate the entire arm to tighten and it gets difficult in compact n tight spaces.
