Review: Would not recommend - The watch its self fits well and looks nice. However the app you have to use is absolutely useless. It plays advers after a few seconds so you cannot click between options uninterrupted (doesn't appear to be an option to remove them) the phone has to be connected to your mobile at all times or it vibrates warning you (happens in the middle of the night). I got it as a sleep tracker to monitor how oftain i wake up in the night but so far its classed me as been awake when I've been asleep and asleep whilst I've been sat playing on my phone. The only thing that seems to work properly is the step tracker and telling the time but unfortunately that is not something that I required the watch for.

**Q: Can it be used as a stop watch?**
A: Yes it can, it comes under training mode

**Q: Can i turn vibration off?**
A: Can't see any setting in the app to turn it off. Unless if you find the setting where the messages come through and set it all day

**Q: What are the 14 sports mode please? also it says it’s waterproof but can i swim with it?**
A: Have not tried swimming with it but it tracks steps and training activities so far am loving it

**Q: How do I charge it?**
A: Strap comes off to reveal usb

The watch its self fits well and looks nice. However the app you have to use is absolutely useless. I love the colour and I like the fact you can take your heart rate, blood pressure and your sats. Unfortunately it isn't accurate with your steps and keeps resetting itself. It's a shame because everything else is really good. You get what you pay for.
