The shelf life of this product is exactly as described on the product and needs to be used within that time A day late and flour goes bad. Didn't eat puris for a while after making with this flour.

Rs220 for 250 gms is way too expensive. It's not even going to last a week even if you add it with other flour. With that said, I think the product is great. I've been using it to make chapatis for the last 3 days, the Chapatti feels very light and kind of has a sweet taste. Hope the product can deliver what it promises.
