House Of Troy P10-192-617 Portable Piano/Desk Lamp, Polished Brass with Black

This lamp is beautiful and just what I needed to provide adequate lighting for my grand piano. It was just what I was looking for. I love it.

I ordered two of these lamps--one for home and one for church. They are great quality and exactly what I expected. However, one of the base felt pieces was askew and would have scratched the piano if we had used it as it was. We contacted House of Troy and they sent a new piece right out. We stuck it on and are good to go! Too bad that American manufacturing can't always be top quality.

This is a solid and stunning lamp that fits perfectly on my baby grand and has multiple adjustments for optimal comfort and height. I've only had it about a week, and it illuminates just fine with its T10 40w bulb (I couldn't find the recommended 60w). The only problem is that the picture is misleading - it does not sit on a solid black pillar as shown. At least on the one I received, it's marbleized: a swirl of white and black. This might not work with every room.

My piano teacher uses this lamp, and so I bought one, too. Very attractive and sturdy. I just wish I could have a brighter light, since my eyes are not what they used to be.

Very quality product. Item stated that it was used, however it looks brand new. I've been looking for one of these for a long time that was affordable. It is beautiful on our baby grand! Very satisfied with the quality, condition, and price.

Exactly what I was looking for, met all expectations.Including a bulb would have been nice, I ran to my local wal-mart and bought a bulb.

The light is perfect for my music. The lamp is more impressive than the picture implies. Larger and heavier and more of presence on my piano.

It was heavy enough to support the light without wavering and the base was beautiful. And, it looks great on the piano.
