I got this on sale under 240. In hand it looked nicer than what I envisioned. I was planning on just wearing this with jeans but it's nice enough for business casual. The only downside is that it is mineral glass, but I didn't mind. It has a screw down crown, the lume works well, and it fits on my 6.5" wrist like a smaller watch. Be aware, this uses the pin and collar system for adjusting links. This also hacks and hand winds. The bracelet feels sturdier than my Seiko 5's, although I don't have the divers. The texture on the dial is more subtle in real life than in many reviews photos, as many of the photos use direct light to accentuate the texture. I prefer this more subtle look, but if you are expecting the texture to look as prevalent as in other photos, you might be disappointed.
