A: No.  This refill works in the 7724-01 or 7720-01 dispensers.  
The 2720-12 TFX dispenser works with refills 5392-02, 5393-02, 5456-04 and 5391-02

**Q: Will it fit purell es6 white touch-free dispenser – 6462-1w?**
A: Correct, this refill will accommodate the ES6 dispenser.
