The bag is almost 10” tall. You could also lay a 15” long lens down in a padded case **Q: will my 15,6" laptop fit ?** A: hello yes it will fit thanks **Q: is 15” the inside or outside dimension?** A: It’s a little less than15” inside. It does come with a removable insert that I removed. I was able the get my Canon camera, both lenses, my GoPro case and all my accessories, iPad, some snacks and a thin puffy jacket stuffed in it as a carry on. iPad Pro and travel docs fit well in the outside outside pocket ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Distinctive and Now Definitely Hardy *by D***R on December 15, 2020* It's now three years later and my use/abuse of the bag has verified its quality.Previous review:I may need to update this review later, for I've found that the security and durability of camera bags are critical elements, elements which can not be assessed until considerable use has been conducted. As to "security," the validity of this bag depends on the quality of the securing hardware. Only time will see if they last long enough. As to durability, again time is the key.The appearance is first rate, distinctive without being too flashy. Nothing says "steal me" more than a Gucci-level appearing bag. I purchased this bag because of its ordinary looks, and the fact that it has an arm sling AND a handle. I would suggest future models provide some padding on the TOP of the camera/lens inserts. I had to add my own to protect.Believe it or not, photographers spend a lot of money on bags. And, it is not unusual to have 4 to 5 thousand dollars of equipment in said bags. Oddly enough, the inexpensive price almost led me to defer purchase. But time will tell as to durability. Finally, the sooner it begins to look worn/ugly/not worthy of stealing, the better. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Metal D ring on shoulder strap snapped. *by A***. on April 11, 2021* I use this as a camera bag and loved it until today. The d ring on the end of the shoulder strap snapped dropping the bag containing my camera and 2 lenses to the ground. After a cursory inspection everything seems to be fine but I am not 100 percent certain just yet. Talk about a near heart attack. There is no way I could recommend this bag. Do you realize how expensive camera equipment is?
