Very easy to set up and love the fact you do not need to put all the pieces together if you don't want to. There is very sturdy strong Velcro holding the flaps to the play tent and ball pit if you do not want to add the additional pieces. The attachment ties could be a little shorter as when the kids play they tend to come undone, but over all this was a good purchase for the price and size. Please order at least 400 balls to fill we ordered 200 and it covered the bottom of the ball pit as it is very large. Have not used outside yet. Brightly colored and the kids like that we can it up the design of over all toy for more hours of fun. We have a 5yr, 11 month, and a 4month old and they all like playing in it. The tunnels are wide enough for an adult to fit through and they have see through mess on the side so the kids can see out and you can see inside. All 3 kids can play in it at the same time and there is more than enough room for more.
