Neben dem Rack habe ich mir noch entsprechende Griffe und Schlaufen geholt, eine Hantelbank, die passenden Hanteln (Langhantel, 2x SZ-Stange) und Scheiben und mein absolutes Highlight, das DialTech Kurz-Hantelsystem. Dann noch einen Rückentrainer und fertig war mein Home Gym. Mit diesem Set kann ich 95% aller Übungen machen, die ich auch im Fitnessstudio früher gemacht habe. Ich trainiere einen 4er Split mit insgesamt über 30 Übungen und habe sicher nochmal so viele Übungen im Kopf für meinen nächsten Trainingsplan.Das TecTake Power Rack war auch alleine ganz gut aufzubauen. Ich habe es ganz gemütlich an 2 Abenden zusammengeschraubt (insgesamt ca. 4-5 h, aber waren auch paar Leichtsinnsfehler dabei ;)). An einem Teil haben leider zwei Löcher gefehlt, die hab ich dann aber mit einem Metallbohrer kurz nachgebohrt. Ansonsten war alles top und die Qualität ist wirklich super. Sehr stabil, der Kabelzug läuft gut. Nur die mitgelieferten Karabinerhaken sind ein Witz, was ich wirklich nicht verstehe, denn anständige Karabinerhaken kosten ja fast nix.Achtung: die Langhantelstange, die ich gekauft habe, ist zu kurz. Da müsst ihr unbeding schauen, dass ihr die richtige Länge habt, denn das Rack ist breiter, als ein normaler Langhantel-Ständer.Also ich bin sehr zufrieden und froh, dass ich mir das alles geleistet habe. Ich traininere deutlich häufiger als im Studio und habe die Kosten für das gesamte Equipment in ca. 1,5 Jahren refinanziert im Vergleich zu den Mitgliedsgebühren meines alten Studios. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un ottimo prodotto con qualche neo. *by S***. on Reviewed in Italy on 6 February 2020* Ho preso questo rack da mettere in garage e sicuramente le dimensioni sono interessanti per chi ha poco spazio come me viste le sue dimensioni contenute. La struttura è abbastanza solida. Il ferro non è spesso come altri rack ma sicuramente questo costa molto meno. Le saldature di tutta la struttura sono un po superficiali ma dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo abbastanza stressante sembra reggere tutto. La presa per i dip non è il massimo visto che c'è la regolazione ma per uno come me rimane troppo larga la prese e non mi da tanta fiducia come robustezza. Il cavo alto e il cavo basso sono molto buoni solo che non hanno pensato a fare un blocco per le gambe per la lat machine. Invece per la barra per le trazioni non ho nulla da dire, la presa è perfetta. Se posso dare un consiglio meglio usare un bilancere la 2 metri, così si può lavorare bene e in sicurezza. Il rack è fornito di istruzioni di montaggio abbastanza dettagliate. Con circa 3 ore si monta. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Power cage avec poulie, dips et traction 3 prises *by R***I on Reviewed in France on 24 January 2020* Pour commencer merci Amazon et TecTake pour se produit très appréciable.Commande effectué le dimanche, le mercredi reçut. J'ai dû aller le chercher en point relais car la livraison était indiquée pour le lundi suivant. Mais en fait, se n'était pas synchronisé et je n'était pas présent à l'heure où le livreur est venu.Donc bonne nouvelle le livreur m'a appelé il a fait son job comme il faut.Un colis sur trois très légèrement éventré mais dedans quelques vis totalement en vrac on aurait dit une modification supplémentaire, j'ai eu un peut peur au début mais c'était le carton qui maintenais les vis sous vide qui était éventré à l'intérieur du carton principal.Au final, le compte y est, les deux autres colis sont intacts et pas une pièce manquante pour l'ensemble de la structure.Pièces neuves pas de défauts de soudures, de fabrications ni de corrosion ou de griffures etc... Tout est impeccable bien protégés sous film et numéroté ainsi que des lettres pour différencier les pièces.Franchement très bonne qualité c'est du solide 3h30 pour le montage seul en prenant son temps, déballage, compter les pièces, huiler les roulements et certaines vis, régler la hauteur des Barres qui nous conviennent.La power cage est super belle, compacte et solide. Je pense qu'il faut tout de même respecter le poid max pour la poulie si la soudure lâche j'imagine pas les dégâts si plus de 100 kg viennent s'écraser sur les deux ressorts du bas.Ils font preuves de soutiens et de sécurités mais sont pas fait pour supporter un choc extrême.Il n'y a pas de grille de protection mais cela peut s'ajouter à la structure par vos soins.Ma barre longue pour mon développé couché est trop courte pour cette cage du coup mes poids arrivent exactement au niveau des barres reglables horizontales de la cage.
